.NET WEB DEVELOPER - Work From Home

IT Company Inovatika D.o.o. in cooperation with Xplorify GmbH, Wien, Austria requires a Web Developer.

Interested in working with real-time web applications and live video streaming (WebRTC) for online education? You're driven by innovation and you love to work in an agile and flexible environment from home? Then this opportunity might be for you. Xplorify.net is looking for a code ninja to join our team as a .NET Web Developer on a permanent basis. In this role you'll be working on building an online educational platform for real-time teaching using technologies like C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server and more.

Duties and Responsibilities

● Plan, design, develop, debug, implement and support .NET-based web applications.
● Modify existing software to: correct errors, allow it to function in new operating environments, or improve performance.
● Conduct peer reviews, provide guidance, suggest & implement best practices and techniques
● Adhere to and recommend improvements to project coding standards
● Work in a team environment with shared code; disciplined use of source code control and process documentation.
● Improve software quality by conducting systems analysis, and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Required Skills

● ASP.NET MVC, C#, Linq, Visual Studio and Sql Management Studio
● Strong object oriented design skills
● Strong oral and written communications skills
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Ability to communicate effectively with team members
● Ability to work in a fast pace environment
● Initiative to work independently at the same time to accept and follow instructions
● Proficiency in integrated development environments
Education and Experience

● Computer Science or IT degree or equivalent professional experience.
● 3+ years of .NET web programming experience
● Contract of Indefinite Duration or Part-Time Job
● Experience with web-related technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Ajax, etc)
● Thorough knowledge in relational database design and development
● Experience with popular JS libraries (e.g. knockoutJS, angularJS, etc.) is a plus
● Experience with WebRTC is a BIG plus
