• Schedule Interview with the SMEs and the Business users for the knowledge acquisition of the application
• Gather existing artifacts and maintain them in a central repository so that it is easily available for the offshore team
• Observe the SMEs and participate in application training sessions.
• Generate the required knowledge acquisition documents
• Effective Offshore coordination and review the documents delivered from offshore. And ensure a defect free and timely delivery to the clients
• Coordinate with the clients and transition manager in getting the required sign offs at different phases of the project
• Validate the FTE numbers and FTE skills for the support phase
• Reporting to the Transition Manager and Program Manager

UUMust Have SkillsUU
• Minimum 2 years experience working on Application Support Projects
• Minimum 2 years experience in on site Consulting for Major organizations (e.g. Fortune500 companies)
• Fluent French language skills
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven risk and issue management skills
• Solid (demonstrable) technical Knowledge in the requisite application technology to be transitioned
• Solid (demonstrable) experience in the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)
• Solid (demonstrable) experience in Application migration
• Solid (demonstrable) analytical / debugging skills
• Ability to identify effective solutions to customer challenges

• Proficiency in delivering projects with a Global delivery mode for multi-site projects
• Experience of working in an offshore consulting environment.
• Experience of working with Logistic and Retail companies
• Knowledge of ITIL and Project Management skills
• Project estimation and planning experience
• Ability to design and create business process diagrams
