Role Requirements / Tasks
• Responsibility for Project communications specific to steering committee, stakeholders, project team members, external resources and senior management.
• Facilitating and moderating project meetings, including but not limited to project kickoff, team progress, issue resolution, leadership updates, project closure, team meetings.
• Ensuring the smooth and successful transition from Client Onshore to Delivery Centers
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking all project deliverables on time and within the allocated budget.
• Reporting to the Global Operations and Account Manager.
Qualification Requirements
Must Have Skills
• Minimum 5 years experience in Managing Application Support Projects
• Minimum 5 years experience in on site Consulting for Major organizations (e.g. Fortune500 companies)
• Fluent French language skills
• Fluent English language skills
• Experience and capability of managing successful projects. Demonstrable skills in initiating, planning, scheduling and project execution.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven risk and issue management skills

Preferable Skills
• Proficiency in delivering projects with a Global delivery mode for multi-site projects
• Experience of working in an offshore consulting environment.
• Experience of working with Logistic and Retail companies
• Understanding of SDLC models and their implementations such as Project Management and Quality Assurance frameworks like CMMi
• Experience in negotiating with vendors for application support and training service
• Experience in resource planning, process tracking and status reporting
